You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Caddies Plus → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Caddies Plus uses your GPS location to provide accurate shot recommendations and distance calculations on the golf course. Location data is only used while the app is active and is never stored on our servers.
If you previously purchased a subscription, tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Ensure Location Services is enabled for Caddies Plus in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. For best results, use the app outdoors with a clear view of the sky. Avoid areas with heavy tree cover or tall buildings.
After the trial period, a subscription is required to access the AI caddy features. You can explore the app during the trial to decide if it's right for you.
